The booking form may ask for your name, country, email address, telephone/WhatsApp number, rental dates, vehicle choice, pickup location, flight number and any message you choose to provide.
How the website sends a request
The current website prepares your booking summary in your browser. When you choose the WhatsApp button, your device opens WhatsApp with the prepared message. The request reaches Rent Ease only after you choose to send it through that service.
Why we use your information
Information you send is used to answer your enquiry, check vehicle availability, prepare and administer a rental, coordinate pickup/return, provide customer support, meet legal or insurance obligations and resolve issues connected with the rental.
Sharing and service providers
Information may be shared when reasonably necessary with service providers involved in the rental, insurers, payment providers if later used, public authorities where legally required, or a booking platform through which the reservation was made. We do not state that customer information is sold for advertising.
Retention and security
Rent Ease should retain personal information only as long as reasonably required for enquiries, rentals, accounting, claims, legal compliance and dispute handling, and should take reasonable measures to protect it from unauthorised access or loss.
