Because the current website sends booking requests rather than taking online payment, the applicable cancellation or amendment terms are confirmed with your reservation.
Changing a request
Contact Rent Ease as early as possible if you need to change dates, pickup time, location, vehicle category or flight details. Changes remain subject to availability and may affect the rental price.
Cancelling a request
A booking request can be cancelled by contacting Rent Ease. If your confirmed reservation includes a cancellation deadline, prepaid amount, special rate or third-party booking condition, those specific terms will be provided with the confirmation and will apply.
No-show or delayed arrival
If you expect to arrive late, especially because of a flight delay, contact Rent Ease and provide updated arrival information. Without communication, vehicle availability cannot be guaranteed beyond the agreed collection time.
Third-party bookings
Reservations made through an online travel agency, broker, franchise or other third party may be governed by that provider’s amendment, cancellation and refund rules in addition to the Rent Ease rental agreement.
